It's Important that you have Microsoft Office in Your System.IF you have then Follow these Steps.

1) At First Open Microsoft Office OneNote.(Start–>All Programs–>Microsoft Office–>Microsoft Office OneNote)

2) Now Drag Your Image In Microsoft Office OneNote.

3) Now Right-Click on your image and select Copy Text From Picture option.

4) When you complete Above Steps then open Notepad or any Other and Paste There. 

5) Now you can Save your Text from an Image.
