DeleteGo to setting>Configuration.There,you can make Manual Setting with adding proxy,port,access point etc.

I am not fully sure about it.
DeleteBut I think you have to connect your Modem First then Put proxy and port in Browser.
I am also want to tell you one thing this trick is not working these days.You can check this or You can try this one more Vodafone trick
