Steps :-
1. At first press Up Volume Key and hold it.
2. Now press Home button and hold it.
3. Now press Power button and hold it.
4. Now you have held three button at once.
5. After few seconds release all the three buttons.
6.Now you will see a Android menu.
7. Use Home button to Up and down in menu.
8. In menu you have a option Delete all user data.You have to select it.
9. Now it will take some time.
10. Now your phone will start an problem is solved.
Note:- There is only one drop back of this way is you have to loose your data.So I will advise you to remove your sim and memory card before do it.
