1. At first Download Ultra Surf from here.

2.Now open it and run it.

3.Connect your internet with portalnmms apn.

4.Be sure that your antivirus or any other program's Update is turned off.Otherwise your balance will deducate.

5. In UltraSurf go to Option -> Proxy setting and choose manual proxy setting and put there 
Proxy-10.10.1.100
Port-9401

 

6.Now click on ok.Then Save the changes.

7.Then Enter below proxy and port to your Browser and Idm.

Proxy-127.0.0.1

Port-9666

8.That's it.Now connect with any server of UltraSafe and Enjoy free Internet with High Speed.
